We do not guarantee that every historical imperfection will be removed.

Product descriptions, sizes, materials, formats, and availability may change without notice.

Old Maps reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability, or fulfillment limitations.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Because many products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible after production begins.

Restoration may involve digitally correcting or refining elements such as:

• Legibility

Our restoration philosophy is to improve presentation while respecting the historical character of the source material.

Restoration does not mean that every visible historical feature is removed.

We make reasonable efforts to research and describe maps accurately, but historical maps may contain outdated geography, historical place names, inaccuracies, political boundaries, annotations, beliefs, terminology, or representations reflecting the period in which they were created.

Such historical content is presented for artistic, historical, educational, and decorative purposes and does not necessarily reflect the views of Old Maps.

The Old Maps website, branding, logo, product presentation, written content, original restoration work, photographs, graphics, layouts, product mockups, and other original materials created by or for Old Maps are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Historical source works may be in the public domain or otherwise lawfully available for use.

However, the existence of a public-domain source does not mean that all new materials created by Old Maps around that source are free to copy.

To the extent permitted by law, our original restoration work, presentation, photography, layouts, branding, and other newly created elements remain protected.

Shopify is not the seller of Old Maps products and is not responsible for the products purchased from our store.
